Each yurt has been designed with a simple and roomy feel with a desk and no TV to remind us of the constant distractions of modern living. Since you are in a yurt you can feel nature all around you. This connection with nature offers a serene and relatively distraction-free environment. When you're surrounded by the gentle rustling of the Hill Country breeze, it becomes easier to disengage from the digital noise and focus on the task at hand. - Take a walk up to the top of the hill where the Roost sign is situated to calm the mind
- During your breaks, get up and move around, or step outside and enjoy the fresh air.
- If you find yourself getting distracted, take a few minutes to meditate or do some deep breathing exercises while gazing through the yurt dome
- Sit at the picnic benches under the oak trees and contemplate the strength of these majestic trees
After a long day of work, there are a number of things you can do to relax and recharge at Johnny Yurts:- Soak in the soaking tub
- Sit by the fire pit and roast marshmallows
- Go for a hike at Pedernales State Park
- Visit one of the nearby wineries or Pecan Street Brewing
- Simply relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of the Texas Hill Country.
